Design and implement Tahaluf’s content strategy across the digital customer journey to improve online visibility and increase customer engagement. Plan and execute marketing communications with defined goals, budgets, KPIs, and measurable ROI across owned channels like email, website, and social. Create copy and written/visual content for B2B events and digital products, analyze user/engagement data, and optimize campaigns with agencies and partners while refreshing Tahaluf’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop a marketing communications plan with strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.
•Create engaging written and visual digital content targeted to key audience groups.
•Analyze user data and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement across owned channels.
•Collaborate with internal Digital Centre of Excellence and wider marketing teams (and external agencies) on content for B2B events and exhibitions and digital products in line with KPIs.
•Plan and execute digital campaigns, identify opportunities across the digital customer journey, and recommend digital technologies for channel-management efficiencies.

Key Requirements

•BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or a relevant field.
•5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience in a similar role.
•B2B experience and the ability to lead brand content campaigns (paid and organic) across multiple digital channels.
•Results-driven delivery against growth targets and business plans.
•Experience managing social media via scheduling platforms (e.g., Sprout Social or Hootsuite) plus social listening and sentiment analysis.
