Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end recruiting for all Tapestry roles, partnering with hiring managers to define specifications and manage stakeholders.
  • •Develop recruitment strategies for external and internal candidates, including sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and offer management.
  • •Provide ongoing guidance to hiring managers on hiring process and talent market for both passive and active candidates.
  • •Build proactive talent pipelines using research, exploratory interviews, networking, and maintenance of future contact files.
  • •Represent Tapestry as an employer brand and lead recruitment-related projects and process/tool improvements, including internal mobility initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–5 years of relevant recruiting and talent acquisition experience in an MNC environment, with frontline recruiting experience preferred.
  • •Business-level English and Japanese proficiency is required.
  • •Strong project management experience is a plus.
  • •Ability to interact and influence stakeholders at all levels, managing both internal and external partners.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Business Management) or Human Resources Management or a related degree program.
