Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow up on RTA financial performance and centralized departmental progress; support status reviews and deliver recommended actions for timely decisions.
  • •Manage the statistical database and KPI/performance indicators program; monitor status, apply standards consistently, and suggest improvements.
  • •Review high-sensitivity strategic files and initiatives, monitor progress, and highlight challenges or deviations; execute prioritization and provide decision-option inputs for the DG/Chairman.
  • •Prepare leadership-ready performance reports, summaries/recommendations, and technical reports; support meeting coordination and preparations for related visits.
  • •Coordinate cross-entity activities, drive cross-entity escalation routines for risk/issue resolution, and help organize DIPMF sessions with concerned departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s degree) in business/public administration, Engineering, or Economics.
  • •6+ years of experience with a Master’s degree (8+ years with a Bachelor’s degree).
  • •Apply technical competencies across committee/team governance, institutional development/agility, KPI and statistical analysis, and strategic planning & execution.
  • •Demonstrate capability in policy implementation and compliance management.
  • •Experience performing strategic project tracking and operational excellence for performance monitoring.
