Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of EMEA master and reference data (MRD) increments, translating prioritized backlogs into executable plans and sprints while tracking KPIs and benefits realisation. Coordinate global–regional interlocks and represent EMEA in programme forums. Partner with EMEA IT, Data Governance, Data Architecture and Engineering to ensure MRD is stewarded, ingested into the Data Platform, and ready for BAU adoption, including UAT and enablement.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of EMEA MRD increments, managing scope, timelines, quality and delivery outcomes.
•Translate prioritized backlog into executable plans and sprints, maintaining Jira discipline and tracking KPIs to drive delivery and benefits realisation.
•Align EMEA delivery with Global/Americas MRD roadmaps and coordinate dependencies and releases through programme forums.
•Partner with EMEA IT and Engineering for MRD build, platform ingestion and downstream access, ensuring governance, stewardship, controls and BAU readiness.
•Partner with business teams and the Adoption Lead to drive use-case adoption, deliver UAT and enablement, and manage vendor/external data relationships.

•Proven delivery leadership in data/MDM or client/reference data programmes in financial services, delivering multi-team increments to production.
•Strong programme and dependency management across regions, with experience managing RAID and release governance.
•Experience enabling Data Governance and Stewardship, including glossary/lineage, data quality, and data platform ingestion with operational readiness for BAU.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication, confident in SteerCo/committee forums with Product, IT, Engineering, CLM and control functions.
•Agile delivery expertise (backlog execution, DoR/DoD, ceremonies) combined with pragmatic project management (scope/schedule/cost/benefits), and extensive use of Jira.
