Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end tactical planning, site surveying, installation, and configuration of hardware and software suites in austere/hazard zones.
  • •Ensure operational readiness by preparing personnel, equipment, and logistical pipelines for rapid deployments on short notice.
  • •Directly manage and mentor a team of Technical Operations Engineers (TOPs) and technicians, driving technical excellence and accountability.
  • •Serve as the field escalation point for complex technical failures across mesh networking, RF spectrum interference, power distribution, and software integration.
  • •Act as the primary operational point of contact for tactical commanders and mission partners, oversee operator training, and align the deployed footprint to the customer concept of operations.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of leadership experience in tactical, austere, or high-threat environments (e.g., military deployment, defense contracting, expeditionary government operations, or disaster response).
  • •Proven experience with complex hardware/software integrations, including strong working knowledge of IP networking, RF communications, power systems, and Windows/Linux environments.
  • •Active US Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
  • •Experience moving sensitive equipment and people through complex global supply chains and customs processes into remote areas.
