Support financial forecasting and analysis for the North America Agriculture & Commodity group, including topline and cost inputs tied to market indices and contract terms. Drive forecast accuracy improvements and net corn management processes, produce monthly/quarterly/annual segment reports, and collaborate across global Agriculture & Commodity and finance teams. Use SAP and SAP BW to extract insights and deliver raw-material impact and hedging analyses to support segment strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver forecast topline and cost inputs aligned to marketplace indices and contract terms, advising on market volatility and commodity impacts.
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual segment forecasting and budgeting reports for management review on raw materials and net corn impact.
•Collaborate with US/CAN Agriculture and Commodity teams and finance stakeholders to align on commodity purchase strategy, regional cost structure, and customer pricing decisions.
•Establish and execute ownership of raw material and hedging impacts tied to net corn changes, including linkage to customer pricing impacts.
•Navigate SAP and SAP BW to extract insights and support special projects focused on accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting related to product/segment profitability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 84,400 - 112,533.33 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
•2+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, accounting, or auditing (preferably at a public company).
•Ability to analyze financial results and assess financial/strategic impacts of business decisions.
•Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•Strong computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience (SAP, SAP BW, SAP BPS/BI-IP, and SAC) is strongly preferred.
