Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, execute, and oversee logistics activities from suppliers to project sites to keep materials aligned with project schedules and priorities.
  • •Control door-to-door shipment flows with a focus on last-mile activities, including transloading, road transport, and slot arrangements.
  • •Arrange and optimize road/ocean/air shipments to meet delivery deadlines; track deliveries end-to-end and take corrective actions on deviations.
  • •Lead day-to-day performance of freight forwarders and customs brokers, ensuring compliance of SLAs and driving corrective actions.
  • •Ensure compliance with Incoterms 2020, EU transport regulations, and site HSE requirements; validate shipping documents and coordinate customs clearances while reporting project status and escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related discipline.
  • •6–8+ years of experience in logistics coordination/operations within industrial, EPC, or energy sectors, ideally solar PV projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of EU transportation modes, regulations, and shipping processes including Incoterms® 2020 and customs.
  • •Proven end-to-end multimodal transportation experience across Europe (road, ocean, air).
  • •Fluency in Spanish and English; experience coordinating 3PLs, customs brokers, suppliers, and last-mile deliveries to project sites.
