Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive digital project strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and clients’ strategic objectives.
  • •Establish the roadmap for digital platforms (PMIS, CDE, BIM integration, cost & schedule systems, dashboards, data governance).
  • •Translate business requirements into system design specifications and functional configuration.
  • •Lead the selection, implementation and configuration of digital control systems (PMIS, cost management tools, scheduling platforms, CDEs).
  • •Configure system modules including workflows, WBS, CBS, governance and stage gate processes and user permissions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10+ years of experience delivering complex digital projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM related subjects (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science).
  • •Strong knowledge of project controls processes including cost management, scheduling, risk, change control, governance and reporting.
  • •Hands-on configuration experience with PMIS or digital control platforms (e.g., Oracle Primavera Cloud, Procore, BIM integration, Power BI, SAP PS).
  • •Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications.
