Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional software engineering experience building, testing, and releasing software at scale.
•3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including responsibility for delivery, staffing, performance, or technical direction.
•Demonstrated experience defining strategy, building roadmaps, and delivering internal platform capabilities for engineering customers.
•Demonstrated experience with automated testing, quality frameworks, release pipelines, developer tooling, or comparable software delivery systems.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
