Job Summary

Lead HSBC's Digital Security Platform engineering in China, providing global-level security platform leadership while driving in-country DA&I initiatives across the China Technology Centres. Build and scale secure authentication and authorization capabilities for Internet Banking, champion agile, DevSecOps practices, and align with Digital Platforms leadership to deliver secure, reusable platform services for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide global leadership to drive the engineering of the Digital Security Platform (DSP) development and continually improve product quality.
•Provide in-country on-the-ground leadership within the DA&I team in China Technology Centres, driving all team activities in China.
•Work with the Digital Platforms leadership team to drive excellence in engineering practice.
•Represent DA&I technology across the broader IWPB and Technology communities.
•Lead, inspire and coordinate teams to deliver the workforce for the future and promote Diversity & Inclusion within the Global DA&I team.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of design and development practices for Authentication and Authorization of Internet Banking systems.
•Technical ability and understanding related to channels’ capability focused on quality and reuse.
•Ability to understand the relationship between application design, data and infrastructure.
•Experience with cyber security and knowledge of Cloud.
•Experience with agile at scale, Scaled Agile and DevSecOps tools and processes.
