Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with store leadership to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and ensure strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor, process shipments and assist with product flow, and use metrics to support business-driving strategies while resolving client needs.
