Job Summary

Lead ERP implementations and co-create delivery best practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM within the ASG ERP Practice. Manage cross-functional project teams, drive agile delivery, and mentor a community of 25+ experts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to ensure value for clients and sustained excellence.

Job Function: Transportation & Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end planning, management and autonomous execution of ERP implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for client and team challenges, ensuring project goals (budget, timing, quality) are met and aligning with client expectations.
•Establish and lead project teams across onshore and offshore locations, applying Avanade dynamics methodology and agile practices.
•Mentor and develop around 25 experts within the Delivery Lead Community, including coaching, knowledge transfer and development of best practices.
•Partner with sales to create proposals for potential and existing clients and contribute to strategic development of the ASG ERP Practice.

Key Requirements

•Lead ERP implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM and drive end-to-end delivery in a multi-disciplinary setting.
•Strong project leadership and consulting experience with proven ability to manage client expectations and project outcomes (budget, schedule, quality).
•Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field.
•Experience coordinating onshore and offshore teams and coaching a community of experts.
•Fluent German and English (at least B2); additional languages are a plus.
