Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end planning, management and autonomous execution of ERP implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for client and team challenges, ensuring project goals (budget, timing, quality) are met and aligning with client expectations.
  • •Establish and lead project teams across onshore and offshore locations, applying Avanade dynamics methodology and agile practices.
  • •Mentor and develop around 25 experts within the Delivery Lead Community, including coaching, knowledge transfer and development of best practices.
  • •Partner with sales to create proposals for potential and existing clients and contribute to strategic development of the ASG ERP Practice.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead ERP implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM and drive end-to-end delivery in a multi-disciplinary setting.
  • •Strong project leadership and consulting experience with proven ability to manage client expectations and project outcomes (budget, schedule, quality).
  • •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field.
  • •Experience coordinating onshore and offshore teams and coaching a community of experts.
  • •Fluent German and English (at least B2); additional languages are a plus.
