Lead the APAC Emergency Response Team to assess and respond to critical, time-sensitive safety escalations on the platform. Drive operational excellence, consistent decision-making, and regulatory-compliant handling of emergency disclosures, including highly sensitive incidents such as suicide/self-harm, terrorism, and child safety emergencies. Oversee daily performance and quality, manage multiple projects, improve workflows with automation, and coach team members while partnering with internal stakeholders and law enforcement/government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a regional team of Emergency Response Team specialists to review and assess time-critical emergency escalations.
•Ensure operational excellence and drive consistent decision-making standards while applying jurisdictional nuance per policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
•Oversee daily operational performance, maintaining quality, response time, and escalation standards.
•Manage multiple moderate-to-high complexity projects and drive cross-functional coordination toward objectives and key results.
•Coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance management, skills development, and career growth planning; promote team wellbeing and resilience.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in Trust & Safety, investigations, crisis response, or related operational environments working across cross-functional teams.
•At least 1 year of experience leading and managing teams responsible for safety operations, investigations, or high-risk escalations.
•Experience reviewing or managing sensitive content involving emergency scenarios such as violence, suicide/self-harm, or child sexual abuse and exploitation.
•Experience managing projects end to end and devising team strategies.
•Excellent decision-making and ability to analyze information to assess threat and risk in a fast-paced environment, with strong written and verbal communication.
