Key Responsibilities

•Assess performance gaps across the agent lifecycle and provide actionable insights for agent enablement teams spanning QA, Training & Knowledge management.
•Analyze QA workflows to identify inefficiencies and automate processes aligned with the QA framework.
•Analyze BigQuery data to identify QA non-adherence and detect anomalies in agent performance.
•Deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance agent performance and influence decisions across QA, training, and operational improvements.
•Lead performance tracking and analytics innovation initiatives to continuously improve how agent performance is measured.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis or related fields, with a track record of driving business improvements.
•Proficiency with data analysis tools and reporting platforms, plus experience automating workflows.

•Excellent communication skills to present data insights and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
