Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare 2–3 candidates before sales demos by reviewing customer intake requirements and coordinating availability and role alignment.
  • •Conduct discovery and present Wing’s value on Google Meet.
  • •Introduce two to three live candidates in each Google Meet for a short, structured introduction.
  • •Close the sale after confirming the client’s agreement with the chosen candidate.
  • •Complete post-demo administrative work including internal documentation, CRM updates, and Discord coordination, and notify Customer Success when verbal commitment is secured.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 40,000 - 50,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in sales, account executive, or client-facing roles (preferably in staffing, recruitment, BPO, or managed services).
  • •Ability to run structured discovery and consultative demos.
  • •Excellent verbal communication and professional presence on video calls.
  • •Strong organization and self-direction to own the full process from preparation through administrative close.
  • •Experience using CRM systems and internal collaboration tools (Discord and Hubspot are a plus).
