Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve and/or exceed budgeted occupancy goals and sales quotas.
  • •Spend ~90% of time on income-producing activities including calls, appointments, planning, events, outreach, and follow-ups.
  • •Use Primrose sales systems and processes for inquiry calls, onsite and home visits, and daily follow-up.
  • •Record follow-up activities with prospective residents, families, and referral sources in the CRM database.
  • •Conduct consistent team training on inquiry processes, onsite visits, and customer service.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • •Previous senior living or sales experience preferred.
  • •Ability to serve as an advisor to seniors and their families, overcoming concerns and building meaningful relationships.
  • •Willingness to collaborate with other departments and Home Office staff.
  • •Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work flexible hours to meet customers’ schedules.
