Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with engineers, managers, and customers to maintain facilities systems in peak operating condition and develop/update preventative maintenance work instructions.
  • •Maintain and repair HVAC support equipment including air handlers, chilled water components, condenser pumps, cooling towers, valves, and filters.
  • •Perform ductwork modifications and refrigerant and water piping work, including brazing, soldering, evacuation & charging of refrigerants.
  • •Assemble, install, repair, and maintain pipes and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
  • •Read schematics, perform safety inspections and failure assessments, manage electronic work tickets, and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • •3+ years of professional experience working with HVAC, plumbing, pneumatic, mechanical, or electrical systems.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems down to the component level.
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical language in specifications, schematics, and blueprints.
  • •Comfort working in a high-stress environment while balancing multiple projects.
