Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for pods supporting index operations, from planning and build through testing, release, and support.
  • •Ensure Agile/DevOps governance, controls, and delivery discipline across teams and deliverables.
  • •Set and enforce standards for code quality, testing, release management, performance, and operational resilience.
  • •Lead medium-scale projects end-to-end by managing scope, timeline, dependencies, resources, and delivery risks with regular status updates.
  • •Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements and design exception-based workflows to simplify index operations while maintaining robust controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or another IT-related discipline.
