Job Summary

Own end-to-end recruiting for legal, regulatory, compliance, and federal proposal roles within a fast-growing defense technology company. Conduct structured interviews and competency assessments, source and engage passive legal talent using targeted outreach methods, and partner closely with legal and business affairs leadership to define requirements and craft value propositions. Build a strong legal talent pipeline, manage candidate experience through offer acceptance, and report progress using Greenhouse/ATS tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments for legal counsel, contract managers, trade compliance leaders, legal operations, and federal proposal/capture analyst candidates.
•Target and engage passive legal talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, SOBO campaigns, and legal networks, professional associations, and industry events.
•Partner with Legal Leadership (General Counsel) to understand specialized team needs, define role requirements, and craft compelling value propositions for legal talent.
•Drive a diverse legal talent pipeline and deliver a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
•Represent the recruiting team internally and externally and use internal resources and market insights to communicate Anduril’s business model and scale.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60 - 75

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on legal and regulatory roles, including experience across trade compliance (ITAR/EAR), government/defense contract management, and related areas.
•Proven ability to run competency assessments and evaluate legal capabilities (e.g., contract drafting, regulatory risk mitigation, intellectual property) against technical and cultural requirements.
•Experience partnering with general counsel and proposal/capture teams, driving recruiting based on business needs, profile calibration, and transparent pipeline reporting.
•Consultative recruiting experience grounded in market and talent availability insights that improve outcomes and candidate experience in the defense-legal space.
•Experience using an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) to manage candidate funnels throughout the recruitment process.
