Manager, Closely Held Assets

Manage and oversee a portfolio of closely held, nonmarketable assets within fiduciary structures such as trusts, estates, and foundations. Evaluate and monitor investments, support valuations and investment reviews, and assist with corporate actions and transactions. Analyze financial statements and industry trends to assess risk and asset value, while coordinating documentation, tracking, and reporting. Partner with risk, legal, tax, and operations teams and communicate updates to clients, trust officers, and advisors.
