Deliver exceptional client service by communicating clearly and professionally, providing cure plans, and negotiating payment arrangements to address delinquency. Manage client communications, disclose accurate account information, document collection efforts in the system of record, and execute trained call scripts. Process payments and complete required CBT courses on time.
