  • •Advise on industry governance frameworks (e.g., model risk management, data lineage requirements, regulatory reporting) as they relate to the platform.
  • •Lead discovery sessions, run product demonstrations and adoption workshops tailored to enterprise stakeholders.
  • •Own end-to-end implementation delivery (kickoff through defined business outcomes), including defining KPIs and value measures.
  • •Lead enablement and adoption so governance practices embed into customer workflows, including supporting executive business reviews and expansion opportunities.

Salary: USD 141,781 - 191,404 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10–12+ years of consulting experience in a lead role delivering successful projects tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • •Experience delivering services within a software company, understanding product implementation and customer success dynamics.
  • •Extensive data management expertise, including data governance, data quality, master data management, and reference data.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in at least one target industry (Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Travel) and its governance/regulatory landscape.
  • •Advanced understanding of data governance and AI governance concepts, metadata management, and how they map to platform capabilities; hands-on configuration/build is a plus.
