Key Responsibilities

•Align all functions to achieve Australia and New Zealand’s business objectives in partnership with the Country Manager.
•Drive regular business operation meetings and lead weekly cross-functional project team meetings to ensure key initiatives are on track in the country.
•Use data sources to analyze macro and micro trends, presenting insights and actionable plans to leadership to drive key business decisions.
•Own day-to-day business analysis, anticipating changes and adjusting to maximize growth and minimize risk.
•Define, execute, and measure cross-functional initiatives end-to-end across demand, supply, and regulatory surfaces.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 10+ years of work experience, preferably with combined exposure to business growth, business analytics, and project management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
•Ability to own a project from conception through to post-mortem and drive it to completion.
•Ability to work in a world of uncertainty and ambiguity and create clarity from abstraction.
•Familiarity with AI tools is an asset.
•World-class written and verbal communicator with the ability to present at all levels of the organization and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
