Key Responsibilities

•Lead plant operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost targets.
•Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety, product safety, fire protection, and housekeeping programs.
•Own KPI performance using data/reporting for safety, quality, waste, and productivity; lead continuous improvement efforts.
•Manage human capital planning, performance management, hiring/development, and succession planning for direct reports.
•Lead budgeting and Cap-Ex execution; ensure regulatory compliance and effective communications across the facility.
