Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrapure water and industrial waste treatment systems.
  • •Follow standard operating procedures for water treatment processes, chemical systems, sampling, laboratory testing, and instrumentation.
  • •Read and interpret P&IDs, equipment manuals, control screens, alarms, trends, and process data to support troubleshooting and system operation.
  • •Start, stop, adjust, and monitor mixing tanks, heat exchangers, ion exchange systems, filters, pumps, chemical delivery systems, valves, and flow controls.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, assist with root cause analysis and emergency response, and use computerized systems to track work and communicate updates.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Relevant experience in facilities operations, water or wastewater treatment, industrial maintenance, military service, or a related technical field.
  • •1–3+ years operating or maintaining water treatment, chemical processing, or semiconductor facility systems.
  • •Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (3 days on/4 days off, then 4 days on/3 days off), rotating between day and night shifts every four months.
  • •Comfort using control systems, process monitoring tools, laboratory data, and computerized maintenance systems.
