Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide work direction for represented personnel responsible for field construction, maintenance, customer-driven work, and code compliance.
  • •Perform supervisor duties in their absence.
  • •Ensure construction work is planned in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • •Utilize technical expertise to support field staff and assist with analysis of workload and performance/team management.
  • •Administer CBA and other policies/procedures, assist with budget administration, and complete special projects and on-site contractor monitoring as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Education and experience can be met via: high school diploma or GED plus four years of field experience in natural gas distribution/field service/transmission & storage/field support groups; or associate’s degree plus two years of field experience; or a bachelor’s degree.
  • •Provide work planning and coordinating experience with PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • •Working knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
  • •Preferred experience with Excel, PowerBI, Maximo/Rave, and SAP.
  • •Valid Michigan driver’s license and ability to pass an initial DOT drug screen with subject to random drug testing.
