Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for FMS users, ensuring correct access, user limits, and secure user set-ups and resets.
  • •Provide day-to-day FMS support and escalate issues to the CT Support Manager and Partnership IT as appropriate.
  • •Carry out periodic testing of data integrity and data management across FMS and Central Transport document retention and disposal processes.
  • •Oversee Earned Recognition (ER) reporting and escalate system issues to Jaama support when needed.
  • •Deliver and administer FMS training, provide guidance on GDPR compliance, and provide oversight and challenge to Central Transport on completion and accurate submission of compliance jobs in FMS.

Salary: GBP 40,000 - 58,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth knowledge of the Core Key2 System and the Electronic Driver Services Portal.
  • •Ability to analyze data quickly and effectively using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to completion, taking ownership and driving implementation of changes.
  • •IT literate experience managing user profile maintenance and access requests.
  • •Ability to deliver technical training to users and understand compliance with commercial vehicles.
