Job Summary

Own end-to-end operations for the supply chain factoring portfolio, ensuring on-time disbursement, settlement, amendments, reconciliation, testing, and monitoring with zero-error accuracy. Follow agreed process notes/SOPs and meet SLA/TAT targets while coordinating with stakeholders to resolve exceptions. Review credit proposals and agreements, manage fee/charge/VAT/interest accruals, perform compliance and EDD screening, and validate payments across banking systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver end-to-end supply chain factoring operations (disbursement, settlement, amendments, reconciliation, testing, and monitoring) with zero errors and agreed SLA/TAT.
•Ensure timely transaction authorization and correct review of credit proposals and agreements against client drawdown requests.
•Accurately manage recoveries and accruals for fees, charges, VAT, interest, profit, penalties, charity, and income/charge components.
•Handle payment processing and compliance requirements, including SWIFT/UAEFTS payments and EDD/Compliance screening on trade documents.
•Run daily reconciliations across banking systems, track and resolve exceptions, and perform UAT activities with prompt escalation for delays.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•10–15 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Factoring, Corporate Credit & Trade Finance Operations.
•Experience with multiple system UATs, including BRD preparations and meeting deadlines.
•Knowledge/experience with systems such as CBS/Flex, ELCM, SWIFT, UAEFTS, EDMS, LLOYDs, FIRCO, and SCF/IMX/Kastle.
•Experience performing EDD and Compliance screening, plus reviewing credit proposals and agreements.
