Job Summary

Senior HR professional responsible for operational HR management within a defined perimeter, focusing on remuneration and benefits policy in line with Groupe guidelines. Partners with DRH and operational teams to implement salary and benefits programs, supervise HR data and reporting, manage HR processes, and lead a HRBP presence with a small HR team for Hermes Digital in Paris.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as HRBP for the perimeter, advising and supporting managers and operational staff
•Consolidate and coordinate remuneration reviews in collaboration with DRH and peers
•Serve as primary point of contact for remuneration and benefits across Hermès International
•Lead internal job grading processes with C&B teams and analyze social data (salary elements, headcount, seniority)
•Define and ensure application of HR procedures and best practices; participate in talent reviews and salary surveys

Key Requirements

•Master / Bac +5 in HR, business school or social law
•Around 6 years of generalist HR and remuneration/benefits experience
•Strong listening skills, service orientation and teamwork
•Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data and present insights
•Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (macros, VBA) with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) as a plus
