Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead long-range capacity planning for 3–5 years by coordinating inputs from Product Strategy, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sourcing, and Head of Operations to ensure capacity alignment with volume growth targets.
  • •Coordinate sustainability, legal, finance, and sourcing operations to conduct supplier audits and onboarding, and lead internal audits for sourcing matters and supplier contracts/negotiations.
  • •Facilitate seasonal allocation processes between demand and supply planning, Product Creation, and internal Sourcing teams, and share final allocations with suppliers after each calendar milestone.
  • •Oversee material booking strategy with Supply Planning and T2 to shorten lead times and optimize material utilization; drive improvements in forecasting accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments (accessories categories) with 4-5 years as a plus
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to lead motivated teams
  • •Proficiency in English to coordinate with Zurich and global teams
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multicultural settings
  • •A degree or qualification in garment manufacturing is preferable
