Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop project cost control data structures to track and control actual costs.
  • •Establish and set project control budgets aligned with agreed baselines.
  • •Track and control project accruals and commitments against budget constraints.
  • •Build project forecast including ETC and develop EAC; maintain timely cost and performance reporting.
  • •Deliver earned value management reporting, including contingency and exposure tracking, risk events, and change control alignment to baselines.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified graduate in a relevant discipline with proven working experience delivering project controls services on major projects or programmes.
  • •Delivered cost engineering across a range of major projects, preferably across multiple sectors, covering pre-investment decision through design, execution, and commissioning.
  • •Experience working to cost engineering procedures and defining project cost procedures and standards for adherence.
  • •Ability to track and control actual costs for internal and external expenditure, including accruals and commitments against budget constraints.
  • •Highly conversant with cost management systems such as Prism and Ecosys, and interfaces with corporate finance systems including SAP and Oracle; CIMA qualification is welcome.
