Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the data and machine learning roadmap and tie it directly to product outcomes and company metrics.
  • •Partner with product, engineering, and operations to turn data into shipped features (e.g., routing, batching, deadhead reduction, pricing, and ETA accuracy).
  • •Lead ML strategy for routing and optimization, demand forecasting, pricing, and delivery intelligence; move models to production and own performance, monitoring, and iteration.
  • •Own the analytics function that steers the business, including metrics, dashboards, and data-informed decision-making across GTM, operations, and finance.
  • •Own the data platform and warehouse (Snowflake), set standards for governance/reliability/trust, and build/mentor the data & ML team.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in data and/or ML, including 3+ years leading teams at a high-growth company with product impact.
  • •Shipped machine learning models into production and owned their real-world outcomes.
  • •Fluency with a modern data stack, including Snowflake (or equivalent), and the judgment to build the right foundations.
  • •Strong product and business instincts, connecting data work to measurable outcomes and influencing roadmap decisions with product and engineering.
  • •A builder’s bias with clear communication—comfortable going hands-on early while scaling a team.
