Key Responsibilities

  • •Pull orders to ship using dcLINK and fulfill any customer-required order instructions (e.g., relabeling, re-wrapping, restacking, checking customer codes).
  • •Load and unload trucks; inspect trailers and products for damage while ensuring all shipment paperwork is completed and turned in for receiving.
  • •Move finished goods from the production line, stage them on a trailer for shipment to an outside warehouse, and verify sales order components are present.
  • •Assure inventory accuracy by scanning in finished goods, moving to new locations, staging for shipment, and handling outbound shipment preparation.
  • •Maintain the Food Safety Program (GMP), protect warehouse contents, segregate nonconforming product, and report damage, lost product, and safety concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of warehouse and/or material handling experience using RF bar code scanners (preferred).
  • •1-3 years of forklift experience and ability to be certified.
  • •Ability to accurately scan and use the dcLINK system for inventory records, moves, and shipment staging.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand/walk for 11 hours per day.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
