Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service.
  • •Provide feedback on required store resources to achieve stockroom operational needs and maintain a premium stockroom model.
  • •Ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards in the store back of house, proposing improvements.
  • •Support store profitability by helping meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
  • •Support store management by helping deliver outstanding consumer experience while meeting commercial goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting stockroom procedures and retail stockroom operations.
  • •Retail team leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
  • •Ability to represent adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • •Experience supporting compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards.
  • •Permanent legal rights to work in Australia or New Zealand.
