Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement an agent platform orchestration engine/runtime and core primitives, ensuring a steerable and verifiable agentic loop.
  • •Expand internal capabilities by wrapping systems as MCP servers/sub-agents/agent skills, unifying tool discovery, dynamic registration, RBAC, rate limiting, and version management.
  • •Build the agent development lifecycle tooling (Spec→Eval→Build→Test→A/B→Canary→Monitoring→Iteration) for non-deterministic agent behavior.
  • •Own production effectiveness and cost metrics (accuracy, resolution rate, cost, latency) and build optimization loops using data feedback.
  • •Develop and improve agent personalization and evaluation mechanisms through iteration and monitoring based on measured outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in CS/SE or related field; P7 level (6+ years) including 3+ years in AI/Agent, or P7+ (8+ years) with 0-to-1 Agent platform experience.
  • •Proficient in Go or Python and able to produce production-grade system design and TRD documentation.
  • •Deep expertise in LLM APIs, prompt engineering, ReAct patterns, and context window management (token budgeting, history compression, sub-agent compression).
  • •Experience delivering a full 0-to-1 agent launch with continuous iteration, clearly beyond demo/proof-of-concept.
  • •Experience with an orchestration framework (e.g., LangGraph, Dify, Eino, Embabel, OpenAI Agents SDK) and multi-agent collaboration, plus strong skills in either RAG engineering or evaluation systems.
