Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and maintain OTEL Gateway integrations to forward security telemetry to SIEM platforms, and build observability, logging, and alerting for security events across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • •Automate compliance controls and policy enforcement in CI/CD using tools like Checkov and GitHub Actions, including policy/compliance data pipelines, drift detection, and scorecard automation aligned to NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2.
  • •Design and implement automation for secrets management, DLP, and vulnerability scanning; harden CI/CD pipelines and container infrastructure using CIS benchmarks and Chainguard.
  • •Integrate AI-driven security operations with AI/ML teams to support threat detection, compliance scoring, anomaly detection, and predictive risk analysis within security workflows.
  • •Lead and standardize incident response, disaster recovery, and technical resilience initiatives; collaborate across engineers and governance stakeholders and train teams on security best practices and compliance requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,600 - 144,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • •6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering, with 5+ years hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
  • •3+ years supporting Kubernetes environments and experience supporting 24/7 production systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), SIEM integration, and OTEL.
  • •Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and Policy-as-Code, plus security tooling experience (e.g., Snyk, WIZ, TruffleHog, Qualys, Vault) and scripting/automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
