Job Summary

Serve as a strategic finance business partner to the global Product & Engineering organization, shaping financial plans that directly influence product roadmap prioritization. Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, including cost dashboards using AWS Cost Explorer and Google Cloud Billing. Build scenario models and business cases for pricing, packaging, and new product introductions, and partner with Accounting to deliver meaningful variance analysis during monthly close.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to provide financial guidance that influences product roadmap prioritization.
•Lead annual planning, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning for the R&D organization, connecting operational metrics to corporate financial plans.
•Set up and manage cost dashboards using AWS Cost Explorer, Google Cloud Billing, and third-party platforms to provide transparency to leadership and engineering teams.
•Develop and distribute financial packages highlighting budget variances, project-level spend, and operational trends to identify risks and opportunities.
•Build scenario models and business cases for pricing and packaging changes and new product introductions, and partner with Accounting during monthly close for variance analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-8 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and challenge the status quo to drive improvements.
•Attention to detail and strong ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
•Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills building complex forecasting and operational/financial models; NetSuite and Adaptive Planning experience is preferred.
•Strong communication and presentation skills to translate technical engineering information into clear business guidance for Finance leadership.
