Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with department manager to develop, plan, evaluate and recommend solutions for difficult problems.
  • •Produce drawings, calculations, and engineering documentation following codes and standards; prepare technical specifications.
  • •Coordinate with vendors and interface with clients; perform technical evaluations of proposals.
  • •Supervise and review work of junior and mid-level engineers and designers; ensure timely, accurate, high-quality output.
  • •Travel for meetings and site visits (approximately 10-15%); organize and manage project resources and scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; EIT required; PE license preferred in at least one US state with ability to acquire licenses in other states.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of related engineering experience in an EPCM or similar company.
  • •Knowledge of how mechanical and piping activities integrate into a complete project; excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • •Ability to work with customers and vendors; manage multiple priorities; proficient with MS Office and mechanical/design software.
  • •Knowledge of industry codes such as ASME, CEMA and API; willingness to travel ~10-15%.
