Senior Invoicing Specialist

Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient customer invoicing for the Global Finance team, partnering with Finance, Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue Operations. You’ll master Smartly’s billing system, validate billing data and documentation, resolve invoicing discrepancies and payment-related issues, maintain records in financial systems, and support month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and audit/compliance requests. You’ll also improve invoicing workflows, controls, and operational efficiency.
