•Design, implement, and maintain advanced AV systems, including hardware selection, software configuration, and integration.
•Troubleshoot AV equipment and perform testing, commissioning, and calibration to verify functionality and interoperability.
•Oversee the installation team, provide end-user training and technical support, and maintain reliable system operations for local and remote users.
•Manage project planning, resources, progress tracking, QA processes, and maintain records for service, repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
•Collaborate across clients, vendors, architects, IT professionals, and construction teams; support sustainment, logistics planning, surge response, and contract deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Must hold TS/SCI clearance.

•Project management and scheduling experience for complex system delivery.
•Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills with ability to provide leadership and personnel supervision.
