Job Summary

Lead group-wide procurement excellence by driving strategy across procurement systems, data & analytics, supplier risk/TPRM, policy & governance, and process excellence. Manage a small Procurement Excellence team while partnering with the Procurement Leadership Team to improve procurement outcomes end-to-end. Own KPI/reporting, ensure systems integrate with ERP and data sources, and embed third-party risk and ESG requirements into procurement decisions, including the rollout of new AI-enabled procuretech.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead procurement enablement strategy and manage a small Procurement Excellence team across five pillars.
•Develop and oversee procurement systems strategy, including Omnea procurement platform, tail spend management, virtual card solution, and Enterprise ERP (Oracle Fusion).
•Create procurement data governance, KPI and reporting strategy, and translate outputs into actionable insights for procurement managers.
•Lead Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and ensure supplier risk management is embedded into procurement decisions using the existing tech stack.
•Own global procurement policy and drive continuous improvement across sourcing, negotiation, contract management, supplier management, and supplier risk management, including deploying AI tools and advancing Agentic Procurement.

•Experience implementing or running modern ProcureTech (e.g., Omnea, Zip, Oro, Zycus) and leveraging AI/LLMs for productivity and change initiatives.
