Key Responsibilities

  • •Support multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms serving children ages 0–6 as needed.
  • •Maintain consistency by stepping into classrooms when teachers are out and supporting daily routines.

  • •Help create a warm, safe, engaging environment for children.
  • •Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.

Key Requirements

  • •Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
  • •Valid state background check.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
