Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage supplier logistics operations including suppliers’ KPI performance, order fulfillment, and 3PL management.
  • •Oversee daily shipment delivery processes (LCHD checks/updates, follow-ups, payment documents, and expedites for Certificates of Origin).
  • •Handle extra charges and payment processing (VAS cost validation, debit/credit notes, resolving invoice discrepancies).
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders (sales, vendors, LSP) on order changes, SOP compliance, shipping instructions, and shipment discrepancies.
  • •Lead logistics administration and claims handling (quantity/defective cargo validation, claim closure, HS code updates, document uploads/checking, and report runs).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field with additional business management knowledge.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the lifestyle industry, including a similar role in a multinational company within the past 3 years.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Excellent English communication skills.
  • •Ability to influence, develop, and manage people effectively.
