Job Summary

Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to Customer Care leaders, developing and executing workforce and organizational effectiveness people strategies. Drive talent reviews, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce optimization, while advising on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and policy interpretation. Use workforce metrics to provide data-driven insights on attrition, engagement, productivity, and absenteeism. Lead organizational change initiatives and partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Customer Care leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
•Advise on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
•Lead talent reviews, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce optimization initiatives.
•Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation while ensuring compliance.
•Analyze workforce metrics and drive employee engagement, recognition, well-being, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives, and organizational change initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
•Typically 10+ years of work experience in HR functions, organizational change initiatives, workforce plans, or related fields.
•Strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
•Experience providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation with compliance.
•Hands-on experience managing 1,000 to 2,000 employees across shifts, with excellent communication skills.
