Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end execution of multiple electrical projects from contract award through commissioning and final handover.
  • •Develop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, execution strategies, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
  • •Manage project scope, quality, safety, contractual obligations, risks/issues, and change requests, including contract variations and claims.
  • •Coordinate engineering and procurement activities for relay and control panels, LV switchgear, protection schemes, control wiring, and long-lead electrical equipment; oversee manufacturing progress and materials availability.
  • •Coordinate delivery, installation support, testing/commissioning/energization, ensure FAT execution, handle project communications, provide status reports, maintain documentation for billing and closure, and support audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience.
  • •Minimum 5 to 8 years of project management experience in electrical panel manufacturing for utilities and oil & gas, covering power distribution, protection systems, relay & control panels, or LV switchgear projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of relay & control panels, LV switchgear, protection relays, power distribution systems, electrical system integration, protection coordination, control schematics, IEC standards, and FAT & SAT procedures.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite; PMP certification is preferred.
