Job Summary

Experienced Parent Relations Executive to serve as a primary contact for the parent community, support enrolment targets, and enhance school engagement through tours, communications, events, and marketing activities within a UAE-based campus. Collaborates with Principal/CEO and Marketing to drive parent satisfaction, retention, and school branding across digital channels and newsletters.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead school tours for prospective parents and visitors, promoting the school’s USPs and presenting the school in the best possible way to achieve enrolment targets.
•Oversee Day to day management of the Front of House/Reception ensuring quality customer service to new and existing parents across all touchpoints.
•Manage and continually develop school communications channels (e.g., newsletters) to keep the parent community informed and engaged.
•Organize parent/community events to engage parents in school activities and support parent engagement initiatives.
•Create and manage social media content and manage platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to promote school achievements and activities.

Key Requirements

•A college degree from a reputed university (BA or BSc) is desirable.
•Minimum two years in a customer service focused role.
•Proven success with meeting sales targets is mandatory; ability to influence the team to deliver quality results and meet sales targets consistently.
•Relationship management experience – able to build and influence professional relationships with staff, students, parents as well as the entire school community.
•Advanced user of Microsoft Office / Google Suite and able to utilize technology well to present facts to the management.
