Senior Project Manager - Data Centers / Due Diligence

Lead end-to-end due diligence and development evaluation for major data center projects across North America, from site identification and acquisition through detailed diligence and into development readiness. Serve as trusted client advisor to developers, investors, and end users, coordinating multidisciplinary consultants, managing complex programs, and synthesizing findings into executive-level recommendations on schedules, budgets, feasibility, and risk—including power, utilities, connectivity, environmental and permitting factors.
