Construction Manager

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from development through completion, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with brand standards. Own cost estimation, scheduling, plan review, take-offs, and bid/pre-construction readiness, while collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction specialists. Direct site activities, manage punch lists and turnover to Operations/Facilities, partner with franchisees, and conduct required multi-state/international travel.
