Job Summary

Develop and support enterprise J2EE-based web applications, working hands-on across the full lifecycle of development and production support. Use React JS and Spring / Spring Boot with cloud technologies and run and troubleshoot workloads on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF). Drive B2B production monitoring, error analysis, and deep-dive investigations, and leverage GenAI tools to accelerate log summarization, incident triage, RCA drafting, and troubleshooting playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Hands-on enterprise J2EE-based web application development and support.
•Work with React JS, Spring / Spring Boot, and cloud technologies to build and support applications.

•Perform production monitoring, error analysis, client correspondence (electronic and phone), and deep-dive investigation of failures.
•Use GenAI tools to accelerate support activities (log summarization, incident triage, RCA drafting, runbook/KB creation, and communication templates) and build AI-assisted troubleshooting playbooks.
