Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and deploy self-healing infrastructure workflows, diagnostic runners, and event-driven automation to resolve platform issues autonomously.
  • •Design and maintain RAG knowledge tools, vector databases, and LLM utilities that index telemetry, logs, and RCAs for instant incident context.
  • •Lead development and rollout of conversational AI agents, webhooks, and self-service bots integrated into ticketing engines for Tier-1 and Tier-2 resolution.
  • •Build enterprise observability and telemetry ingestion pipelines, enriching incident tickets automatically, and implement predictive anomaly detection and alerting across cloud microservices.
  • •Standardize log and metadata formats and mentor L1/L2 engineers to eliminate toil and improve MTTR, ticket deflection, and SLA/CSAT compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
  • •7+ years of hands-on experience across Software Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Systems Operations, focused on cloud infrastructure automation and AI/ML operational tooling.
  • •At least 3+ years architecting and running operations in major cloud ecosystems (AWS or GCP), including native AI/ML compute platforms.
  • •Deep hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP native AI/ML services used in production workflows (e.g., AWS Bedrock/SageMaker/OpenSearch/Lambda or GCP Vertex AI/Agent Builder/Cloud Run/BigQuery).
  • •Production experience building automation and observability systems using IaC and monitoring/telemetry to support incident workflows and self-healing operations.
